Preventive care for lung cancer
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), smoking cigarettes is linked to about 80 to 90 percent of lung cancer deaths. This means that one of the most effective ways to lower your risk of developing lung cancer is to quit smoking.
If you are at an increased risk for lung cancer, we may recommend certain imaging exams — including a low-dose computed tomography (CT) scan — to detect cancer early, when it is more treatable.

Lung cancer diagnosis with robotic bronchoscopy
Bronchoscopy has been useful in the evaluation of patients who may have lung cancer. Robotic-assisted technology provides doctors with the stability and increased precision needed for a deep lung biopsy. With robotic bronchoscopy, physicians are able to diagnose lung cancer earlier than they have previously.
If you recently learned you have a suspicious lung nodule, you may experience a bit of stress with the uncertainty of whether it is benign or cancerous. We can help you find the answers you need.
Multidisciplinary lung cancer care
If lung cancer is diagnosed, our multidisciplinary team works together to ensure each patient has a personalized treatment plan and is supported through every step of their cancer journey.
